How to Release

2. The bonus will be credited immediately after a successful qualifying deposit. If it is not credited, you need to contact us via Live Chat or email at cs@winrolla.com.
3. Any of the Welcome bonuses can only be claimed before any bets are made with the qualifying deposit.
4. A withdrawal request before claiming the bonus or after the bonus is activated will void the bonus eligibility.
5. Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for this promotion.
6. A player may cancel an active bonus at any time from the Profile section or by contacting our Support team. By canceling the bonus, the whole amount in the Casino Bonus balance will be voided.
7. The maximum bet allowed while there is an active Casino bonus is 150 CAD.
8. All bonuses from the welcome package will have a wagering requirement equal to 40 times the initial amount of the deposit and bonus received. The wagering requirements of winnings from free spins are x50.

10. The wagering requirement of any bonus must be completed within 10 days of the bonus activation. Should the wagering not be met in this timeframe, the bonus amount and any potential winnings will be voided.
11. This bonus cannot be combined with other bonuses (promotions) at the same time. If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while having an active bonus, the current active bonus and any corresponding winnings will be automatically removed.
12. This promotion is not limited in time. Still, our Website reserves the right to modify and terminate the promotion at its discretion and without giving any prior notice.
13. The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount. For example: the maximum amount to be credited in the real balance from a 15 CAD bonus will be 150 CAD.
14. The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 75 CAD for up to 50 Free Spins, or 150 CAD for over 50 Free Spins. Any amount exceeding that will be voided.
